Ben Nevis
Ben Nevis Hall stands on the footprint of what was previously the Sheridan Hall. It consists of a large, bright activity hall with a serving hatch to a well equipped kitchen. There are 9 toilets across the building, one of which has disabled access. Upstairs, there is a small meeting room suitable for 4 people and another meeting room suitable for approx. 12 seated around a table. The bigger meeting room has a sink, kettle and mugs.
In the activity hall is a storage cupboard with tables and chairs, a projector and screen as well as a HDMI port for direct connection to the projector.Ben Nevis has direct access out to the Scout Field. This can booked separately.The activity hall is approximately 9m x 14m.
Conference Room
The recently refurbished Conference Room is ideal for both evening and daytime meetings. It seats approximately 20 – round the table and 30 – theatre style.
Toilets have been recently installed for your convenience.
There are tea and coffee making facilities and the building is centrally heated and double glazed.
Accommodation
Scafell Pike
Sleeps 42
Scafell Pike, formerly the Training Complex, is ideal for pack holidays as the spacious and well-equipped hall opens out onto a secluded outdoor space and is attached to the main dormitories that can sleep up to 42 (in 6 rooms).
The Training Complex has 6 bunk rooms, each room sleeping 7. There is a large, equipped kitchen with a six ring catering gas oven, tables and chairs, toilets and gas central heating.
Snowden Hall
Sleeps 28
Snowdon is a medium sized hall with 5 bunk rooms. 4 of the rooms have newly built triple bunk beds with a ‘leaders’ bunk room sleeping 4 across 2 regular bunk beds. It is the ideal base for daytime activities, exploring London and sleepovers. This building has it’s own toilet and equipped kitchen.
